What type of cuisine does Ivory Marquee serve?

We offer a premium Australian grillhouse menu featuring high-quality meats, seafood, and seasonal produce, all prepared with a focus on flavour and presentation. Signature dishes include wood-fired steaks, grilled barramundi, and slow-cooked lamb shoulder.

Our menu changes seasonally to showcase the best local ingredients. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we cater to various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut allergies. Please inform our staff when booking or upon arrival.

Our kitchen can adjust dishes to suit most dietary requirements. We recommend noting any allergies in your reservation.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and closed on Sundays.

The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the venue closes. The poker lounge may have extended hours for private sessions.

Can I book a table for a large group?

Yes, we welcome group bookings for up to 12 guests in the dining room. For larger parties or private events, please contact us to discuss options.

Private dining room available for up to 20 guests. Custom menus can be arranged for groups.

What is the offline poker lounge?

Our poker lounge is a dedicated card room within Ivory Marquee, designed for sophisticated offline poker play. It features real poker tables, leather seating, and a refined atmosphere.

The lounge is separate from the main dining area. It is available for private sessions and scheduled poker nights. All play is offline with physical chips; no online betting or monetary stakes.

Do you play for real money?

No, all poker at Ivory Marquee is played with chips only. There is no online betting, no monetary stakes, and no gambling. The focus is on skill, strategy, and social enjoyment.

Chips have no cash value. Players cannot exchange chips for money. This ensures a relaxed, friendly environment.

What poker games are offered?

We primarily host Texas Hold'em, but other popular variants like Omaha may be available during special events. All games are played in a tournament or cash-game style with chips.

How can I join a poker night or session?

Poker nights and private sessions are available by reservation. You can book through our reservations page or contact us directly. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

What are the lounge rules?

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online through our reservations page, by phone at +61 423 658 904, or by emailing [email protected]. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends.

Online booking available 24/7. Phone lines open during business hours. For groups larger than 8, please call.

Can I book the poker lounge for a private event?

Yes, the poker lounge is available for private events and corporate functions. We can customize the experience with dedicated dealers, food packages, and tournament setups.

Private sessions by reservation only. Contact us to discuss your event needs. Minimum group size may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to reservations. For private events, a deposit may be required and is refundable up to 7 days before the event.

No-shows may be subject to a fee. Deposit terms vary by event size.

Is there an age restriction?

The restaurant welcomes guests of all ages, but the poker lounge is restricted to adults 18 years and older. Valid ID may be required.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult in the dining area. Poker lounge strictly 18+.

What is the dress code?

We maintain a smart casual dress code. We ask that guests avoid sportswear, thongs, and offensive clothing. The poker lounge has a slightly more formal expectation.

Can I take photos inside?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue, including the poker lounge. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
